The River Ride / 9.45am start
The River Ride is a circular route around the River Torrens following the Linear Park. This ride is suitable for all levels of ability. Great for those who haven’t done much riding and would like to take advantage of a mainly traffic free environment – you will have to watch out for pedestrians on the shared-use Linear Path however. It’s also a great option for those with young children.
This ride is approximately 10km in length
Beach Ride / 9.15am start
The Beach Ride will follows the Outer Harbour Greenway corridor from Bowden to Port Adelaide, using a mix of quiet roads and shared use paths. After stopping for free refreshments at the Harts Mill precinct, we head west to the coast near Semaphore and then follow the beach south via Grange and Henley Beach to the mouth of the River Torrens at Henley Beach South. Riders then head east along the Linear Path, which follows the meandering path of the River Torrens, all the way back to the finish. The Beach Ride distance is suitable for all riders with moderate fitness levels.
This ride is approximately 40km in length.
Harbour Ride / 9.00am start
The Harbour Ride offers a longer distance for those who would like to test their endurance a little more. This route follows the same Outer Harbour Greenways corridor from the City as the Beach Ride. However from Port Adelaide the ride continues on through Birkenhead to Outer Harbour and back along the beach front to Semaphore. From here you rejoin with the Beach riders and return to the City via Military Rd, Henley Beach and the River Torrens Linear Path.Suitable for reasonably fit riders who are keen for an extra challenge.

If you don't know how to change a flat tyre, don't stress. Pull your bike off the road or path, turn it upside and wait for one of the Ride Marshals to ride by. Or, call our mobile bike mechanic or the Event Manager (contact details on your route map). We do ask all riders to bring a spare tube and portable pump with them.
Absolutely not – any type of suitable exercise clothing will be fine! Always check the weather forecast before the ride and dress accordingly. Layering items is a great idea, so you can add or subtract clothing as you need.
