After stopping for free refreshments at the  Harts Mill precinct, we head west to the coast near Semaphore and then follow the beach south via Grange and Henley Beach to the mouth of the River Torrens at Henley Beach South. Riders then head east along the Linear Path, which follows the meandering path of the River Torrens, all the way back to the finish. The Beach Ride distance is suitable for all riders with moderate fitness levels.

This ride is approximately 40km in length.
