Digital Membership Cards on iPhones
Adding a Digital Membership Card on your iPhone is simple as it natively integrates with Apple's Wallet app.
When you sign up as a Bicycle SA Member, you will receive a confirmation email which comes with an attachment containing your Digital Membership Card. You can click on the Membership Card attachment when viewing the email within your preferred email client (such as Gmail, Outlook, Mail app).
Once you click on the file, the card will open and you can use the 'Add' button to include the Membership Card in your Wallet app.
Digital Membership Cards on Android
On your Android smartphone, adding a Digital Membership Card requires an app that supports Passes in the very popular .pkpass file format. Unfortunately, Google Wallet (and some other wallet apps) do not support this format. If you don't currently have a Passes app that supports the .pkpass format, then we recommend downloading Wallet Passes or Yourwallet from the Google Play store.
When you sign up as a Bicycle SA Member, you will receive a confirmation email which comes with an attachment containing your Digital Membership Card. You can click on the Membership Card attachment when viewing the email within your preferred email client (such as Gmail, Outlook, Mail app). You'll then be asked which app you want to use for the Digital Membership Card. Select your preferred app for Passes, and your digital membership card will be added to it.
